Take it from us, it really is achievable. Think about what you want, set goals, don’t be so hard on yourself, make time for you, utilize your sixth sense (intuition) and don’t give up. It has been said that it takes anywhere from 18 days to 254 days to shape a new habit. So keep at it. Never give up on finding that happy medium that will work for you. Looking after you is one of the most important gifts you can give yourself. Remember your work will be there tomorrow.
Get More Sleep. Have you heard? Lack of sleep can effect everything. And if you want your New Year new you changes to stick then you need to increase the amount of sleep you are presently getting. Reports say that lack of sleep can influence willpower, stress, weight, memory, happiness and productivity. Just to name a few. Securing the right amount of sleep has enormous influence on ones well-being. The professionals say that a good seven hours of sleep a night is what most of us need. So put your health first. Prioritize sleep, figure out what you need to be the best you, create a sleep plan and stick to it.
Use Technology. It’s so easy to always go with the same old, same old. The thinking being it did the job before, I know how it works, so I’ll just go with it.
