After all they are like stage directors dealing with multiple personalities. Sometimes they need to motivate people in order to get the desired results. Whereas other times they need to blow off people without insulting them.

We’ve all been in situations where we wanted the person we’re with to just stop talking. Or just do what’s being asked without all of the questions. However meeting planners, like most of us, are decent human beings and just don’t want to offend anyone. But planners do want you to get the message. Read between the lines so to speak.
