As you may have noticed recently we like to scour our twitter followers and bring you, what we consider to be, some of the top tweets for event planning each week. And for this week we kept our eye on event planning technology. As you may know, technology plays a crucial role today for event planners. Sometimes it feels as if we’re being inundated with new technology on a daily basis. And, for many of us, we sometimes get the feeling that there’s just too much to keep up on. But what’s import to remember is that not all technology is necessarily right for you. What you need to keep in mind, when reviewing the various technologies available, is how will it make your job easier.
Event Planning Technology Is Popular on Twitter
There’s one thing that I did find out this week. And that is that technology is a very popular subject in the event planning industry. Below are four tweets, in particular, that we would like to share with you this week.
MPI Northeastern New York is planning their Fall program and technology is the theme of their event. ABCey Events provides us with a review of technology that focuses on improving efficiency. Open Innovation reviews 10 new event planning tools ranging from apps to mobile platforms. And finally, Q Center reminds us and also explains just why face-to-face meetings are still important and how we can integrate them properly with technology.
Hopefully you have found something that you can utilize from these tweet posts. One thing that is for certain is that there will be new event planning technology and tips continuing. Your goal, hopefully, is that you’ll find the technology that will help you do your job easier.
