Fishbowl Friday has arrived. Get ready to laugh, learn a thing and maybe even cringe a bit. Or could it be those cringing are just us. In any case, it’s a chance to learn more about us and our deep dark secrets. Okay maybe we don’t go that deep but you get the picture.
Have you heard about Fishbowl Friday’s? It’s an approach often utilized. In businesses, schools, television shows and lots of other settings. Many use it to share information and ideas. While others use it to generate conversation, build harmony and create teamwork. The gang here at Master the Event thought what a fun way for our comrades, supporters and contributors to get to know us better. And while the jury is still out on that. It is a great conversation starter and the perfect opportunity to plunge into what makes us tick personally and work-wise at Master the Event.
What’s OUR Fishbowl Friday all About?
The experience is all about being in a “fishbowl” where people are observing you to see what you’re doing and thinking. And is an ideal way to communicate what motivates you and makes the wheels go round and round. In a total no judgement way. And we found our Fishbowl Friday is beneficial for discussing industry mishaps, successes and revealing personal opinions.
In the end the experience is a fun-filled way to learn a bit more about Randy and Andrew and get the conversation flowing. And you never do know; you may learn a thing or two about us that you never knew.
Where do Fishbowl Friday Questions Come From?
Looking for questions. We reached out to our colleagues, readers, supporters and industry friends. And they didn’t disappoint. The questions range from what’s your favorite fast food to what makes you laugh to what are three must have event day essentials? No question has a right or wrong answer. All questions are meant to allow for different outlooks, opinions and beliefs. And the mandate for our Fishbowl Friday is to be open and honest. So nearly, just about, not quite but more or less every question is appropriate for our fishbowl dialogue.
In this first experience, Randy jumps into the fishbowl and reads, for the first time, the submitted questions. Then in the most authentic and straightforward way both Randy and Andrew will address each question. And then will discuss and sometimes laugh about the answers and scenarios. Hopefully it will be a fun and informative time for all. So sit-back and if possible grab a drink…and enjoy.
