Meeting planners are always looking for unique attractions and tours that they can offer during their meetings or events. Depending on the program, tours are offered as a way for delegates to get an overview of the city they’re visiting or offered as spouse programs throughout the meeting’s sessions. Regardless, it’s always a challenge to provide something out of the ordinary. That makes our job here at MasterTheEvent.com that much more exciting. You see we go out and experience some of these attractions and tours firsthand so that we can come back (hopefully) and talk about them.
A Video of My Extreme Attractions and Tours Experience
The tour in question is on top of an attraction itself. The CN Tower in Toronto is one of the world’s tallest buildings. I’ve been up there many times in the past, but always on the inside. And that, complete with a glass floor, is an experience on its own. So imagine stepping outside with nothing but a couple of straps (and very lovely orange jumpsuits I might add) keeping you secured to the building at over 110 stories above the ground.
Good God what was I thinking?
It’s called “Edge Walk at the CN Tower” and I have to admit that I was a little apprehensive about this particular experience. It was one of the most adrenaline filled adventures that I’ve been on. I have to say that I thoroughly enjoyed it from start to finish.
If you’re looking for unique tours or attractions for your next meeting or event in Toronto, I recommend that you check out the adrenaline filled edge walk on top of the world. I guarantee that the delegates who are brave enough to do this will not regret it.
